Production & Delivery Times
Production time: Orders are made on demand and will be ready to ship within 5–7 working days.
Delivery time: Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 days, depending on your location.
Delivery Fee
South Africa
We offer free delivery for all domestic orders over R900. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
International We ship internationally with UPS or Fedex. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and is dependant on the weight and destination of the delivery. The shipping fee excludes any additional duties and/or taxes charged. This is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
South Africa We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, with the following conditions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Art Prints are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
International We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
As a small business, we kindly ask customers to cover the cost of return shipping and new shipping for exchanges. We use a third-party courier, and shipping times for returns and exchanges may vary. General lead time is 2–5 days, depending on location.
